We infuse every bake with the highest quality ingredients, the most attention to detail, and the biggest scoop of love that we can. Our menus are constantly changing based on seasonally available ingredients, so there’s always something new to try!

Browse Our Menu
We use locally grown, high-quality ingredients in each of our bakes. We source our freshly milled, heritage wheat flours through Barton Springs Mill and seasonal ingredients through Profound Foods. We prize our relationships with local Farmer's Markets. Some of our favorite farms are Our Farmlet, Whitsell Farms, Cedar Ridge Egg Farm, Lost Ruby Ranch, and Canticle Farms.
Place Your Order Online
To get your hands on our amazing bakes, place an online order through our shop or place a custom order with our contact form. Orders placed by 6:00 pm Wednesday will be available for pickup on Saturday. You will receive an order confirmation with your selected pick-up date via email.
Pick Up Your Bakes
We offer pick-ups on Monday and Wednesday in Plano (near Legacy and Independence) between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed with pick-up details including the exact pickup address. Cut off for Monday pick-up is the previous Thursday by 6 PM and Wednesday pick-up is the previous Sunday by 6 PM. All other pick-up times need to be arranged directly using our Custom order and pick-up request form found on this website or contact us via email at hello@firstbitebakeshop.com.
Do you prefer delivery? We are now offering delivery to the following zip codes for $5.00. 75023, 75024, 75025, 75075, and 75093.
